Walmart, Whole Foods, And Trader Joe's Are Recalling Salads!

If you shop at Walmart, Trader Joe's, or Whole Foods take precaution because retailers across the country are recalling 2,811 pounds of ready-to-eat salads and wraps!

This is because a corn ingredient in them may be contaminated with Listeria or Salmonella.

Business Insider reports that producers of the wraps and salads found out about the possibility of contamination when a shared supplier recalled the corn this week.

While there have been no reports of illness associated with eating any of the products, the USDA recommends throwing away or returning any affected products immediately.

You can find the full list of recalls on the USDA’s website.

Trader Joe's is recalling 916 pounds of ready-to-eat wraps and salads from Mary's Harvest Fresh Foods.

The products, which were produced from October 5 through October 13 and it was the Mary’s Harvest Southwest Chicken Wrap with Rib Meat and Trader Jose’s Mexicali Inspired Salad with Chili Seasoned Chicken that was realled.
