TMZ reported that William Daniels and his wife were at the home in San Fernando Valley on Saturday when someone tried to kick in the back door.
Like the quick thinker William is, he quickly turned on the lights which caused the intruder to leave the property instantly.
William's team took to Twitter to notify fans about the situation:
