One movie that will always be a classic is Titanic!
I mean there's Leonardo DiCaprio and there's Kate Winslet...what more could you ask for?
Well Matthew McConaughey revealed to The Hollywood Reporter he had auditioned for the part of Jack in Titanic.
He said, "I wanted that. I auditioned with Kate Winslet. Had a good audition. Walked away from there pretty confident that I had it. I didn’t get it. I never got offered that.”
Apparently Titanic wasn't the only movie he almost starred in.
He had turned down a role in L.A Confidential!
He said, “I think it was the Guy Pearce role. That’s a movie I really, really liked.”
The real take away here though is that Matthew could've played Jack!
Imagine what that movie would've looked like without Leo!
Hmmm interesting!
Could you imagine watching Titanic and seeing Matthew instead of Leo as Jack?!
