Well Krispy Kreme Donuts just released a press release where they quote American College of Sports Medicine exercise physiologist Jim White, saying the "occasional indulgence is one of the keys to succeeding" at your diet.
He continued saying that "people treat themselves with the indulgences they crave most."
Well Krispy Kreme is releasing a new collection for all the chocolate lovers!
Starting on Monday (1/14), they are releasing four classic donuts and making them "choco-fied."
This new Chocolate Glaze Collection will be in stores from January 14th to January 27th.
The first donut will be the Chocolate Glazed Cake Batter Donut.
It's a chocolate donut filled with cake batter, glazed in chocolate, dipped in chocolate icing and topped with sprinkles.
Next is the Chocolate Glazed Raspberry Filled Donut!
It's a chocolate donut covered with chocolate glaze, filled with raspberry and topped with a red icing swirl.
Then there's the Double Chocolate Glazed Kreme Filled Donut.
It's a chocolate donut covered in chocolate glaze, filled with white Kreme and decorated with white icing.
Lastly is the Chocolate Glazed Oreo Cookies and Kreme Donut!
It's a chocolate donut filled with cookies and kreme filling, dipped in chocolate icing and topped with Oreo cookie pieces and chocolate icing.
