First the Mission Tortilla Factory at Disney's California Adventure and now Ghiradelli isn't handing out chocolate squares when you enter the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop.
It's officially the end of an era.
In the past, when you would enter the Ghiradelli shop there would be a greeter who would hand you a free Ghiradelli choclate square.
Well that will no longer be the case as different park goers have encountered different situations.
Some said that they weren't handing out the chocolate at all even when you asked, some said you had to ask for on because it was behind the counter, others said you had to buy something, and some said there was a greeter like normal.
There's no reason on why this is, but some a speculating on a free chocolate square shortage.
