Stan Lee's legacy will always live on and it will be celebrated next week in Los Angeles.
The star studded event is called Excelsior! A Celebration of the Amazing, Fantastic, Incredible & Uncanny Life of Stan Lee and will be held on January 30th at the TCL Chinese Theatre.
Kevin Smith will be moderating conversations throughout the evening with celebrity speakers.
The speakers include: Mark Hamill, Rob Liefeld, Michael Uslan, RZA, Tom DeSanto, Jeph Loeb, Joe Quesada, Bill Sienkiewicz, Marv Wolfman, Clark Gregg, Felicia Day, Bill Duke, Gill Champion, and cast members from FX’s Legion, Fox’s The Gifted, and Hulu’s The Runaways.
This is a ticketed event that begins at 4pm.
For all you Marvel fans, there will be photos, artwork, comic books, and memorabilia will be in an exhibition outside of the event so you can enter this without a ticket.
Those that have tickets will be allowed in a memorial area around Stan's cement imprints to leave flowers, candles, and sign a book of condolences.
All proceeds from this event's ticket sales will go to The Hero Initiative, a nonprofit organization that supports comic book creators, artists and writers in need.
