One of the best rides at Disneyland is Space Mountain and it unfortunately has been shut down for a few days after what one man did!
On Tuesday (1/29), a man climbed off of the roller coaster WHILE THE RIDE WAS IN MOTION.
Disney officials say that the man is in his 20s and "used force to maneuver his way out of the vehicle."
When employees checked, they found the lap restraint remained in place.
He was not hurt.
He was guided to safety by park employees and he was able to walk to a first aid station.
Just as a safety precaution, he was later taken to a hospital to get checked out.
The California Division of Occupational Safety was immediately informed of the incident and is currently waiting on inspection.
It is unclear when the ride will reopen.
