Here Are All Of The Street Closures For The Oscars!

he Oscars are just around the corner and that means lots of street closures!

Some street closures have already started around the Dolby Theater including a large part of the Hollywood Walk Of Fame and some streets around it.

As of right now Hollywood Boulevard between Orange Drive and Highland Avenue is closed to vehicles in both directions.

Also Orchid Alley and Hawthorn Alley is closed as well as curbside lanes on Hawthorn Avenue and Orange Drive until the morning of February 27th.

On Friday (2/22), Hawthorne Avenue will be entirely closed to vehicles between Orange Drive and Highland Avenue.

On Saturday (2/23), all of Orchid Avenue and Orchid Street will be closed.

Early morning on Oscar Sunday is when all of the main closures will start.

That means Hollywood Boulevard between El Cerrito Place and Cahuenga Boulevard will be closed.

You should also avoid Highland Avenue between Franklin and Sunset Boulevard.

Parts of Wilcox Avenue and Yucca street will be closed off to everyone except for residents, emergency vehicles, and people accessing businesses in that area.

If you plan on walking near the Dolby Theater, the pedestrian access in that area will be limited and the sidewalk in front of the Dolby Theater will be closed completely.

Then street closures will slowly open back up on that Monday, February 25th and be completely open on March 2nd.

Hopefully this helps you plan ahead for your weekend plans!
