Earlier this month, there were two class-action lawsuits filed against Arizona iced tea!
The lawsuit was over Arizona falsely labeling ingredients, specifically saying they have "just the right about of ginseng."
The truth is that there is NO ginseng in the tea.
According to the lawsuit, Arizona says that it has ginseng in it considering it's called "Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey", but it's not even in the ingredients list.
The lawsuit claims that Arizona is misleading customers and charging the "premium price" of 99 cents.
