So...what's the deal with banana bread? (in my best Jerry Seinfeld voice).
Is banana bread insanely easy and convenient to make? I've never actually made it, but now I want to. As Delish.com reports, banana bread is the 2020 pandemic food of the year !!! Okay, seriously though, it does look incredible seeing it all over my Instagram and Facebook timeline. I'm usually more of a lemon pound cake guy, but if banana bread is the current champ, I'll give it a go.
