Meet Bodie:
Hi! My name is Bodie, and I am a sweet, curious 2-year-old pitbull. I came from the shelter in Solano. I love other dogs, eating grass, and spreading out on the nearest couch! I like going on adventures but am also happy to chill out at home with my humans. I'm a very good boy, and I know how to sit, stay, and lie down. I haven't been around kids while in foster, but I think I'd be good with them because I'm very gentle and tolerant of all sorts of shenanigans. I haven't been around cats, but I have a pretty high prey drive, so I'd be a better fit if you don't have any.
Before I was in the Solano shelter, I was attacked by a dog, so I have some scars on my legs. I was also walking with a bit of a limp, but after a vet visit and two weeks of rest, I'm doing great! Unfortunately, after Xrays, we were told I have arthritis for life, which means I require a home with light exercise and some glucosamine supplements would help keep me comfortable and they are not expensive at all! I'm hoping that doesn't make people not want me. I'm truly a gem!! I am neutered, up-to-date on my shots, house-trained, and ready to go to my new home!
