Meet Canelo:
Meet Canelo! A cinnamon-colored husky full of love and affection for everyone. We believe Canelo is about 2 years old and about 50lbs with lots and lots of fur. Canelo is house trained but needs to be taken out on multiple walks a day. Canelo is a pack animal - he loves being around people and will always hang out in the room with the most people in it. He takes lots of naps and enjoys his squeaky toys the most. Canelo is becoming better at walking on a leash; when alone, he trots along next to you. But when he sees another dog he becomes alert and if not watched closely, he can become aggressive. He sleeps well at night, always at the foot of your bed, ready to give you kisses if you roll over and he senses that you are awake. Canelo LOVES water and will want as much of it as possible, but if not careful, his bladder will become too full and he might pee inside. He will even walk and lick the dew off of the grass in the morning! Although he has a lot of energy, he is very calm and well-behaved in the house. He absolutely loves cuddling and will roll over on his back begging for you to give him belly rubs, and when you stop, he will whine a little and paw at your hand to keep going.
Canelo will need a home that is willing to put in the time to show him love, as he has so much of it to give.
Canelo is best as an only dog (Or larger friends such as Huskies) and please, NO cats.
