Meet Bob Redell:

Breaking News: It’s Bob Redell at Muttville! This Bay Area celeb’s quirky style and engaging personality will have your heart melting in minutes. His good looks and charm led Bob to be voted ‘most popular’ in high school – and he’s only gotten more happy and friendly. Bob would make a wonderful addition to any home. Please note though – his tail never stops wagging!

Meet Lewis & Clark:

Name a more handsome duo – we’ll wait! Lewis and Clark are two charming chihuahua mixes that are ready to embark on their next big expedition together with you. Lewis and Clark are happy explorers: from roving the neighborhood sidewalks, surveying the couch for the coziest spot, and discovering your natural talent for the perfect scritches, these perfect pioneering pups are sure to go down in history for chartering your heart!

Here’s some notes from their foster:

Lewis and Clark are two of the sweetest boys! They love to be with their person, going on walks and lounging on the sofa.

Lewis, the smaller white pup, is just a love! He is 100% potty trained and takes treats so gently from my hand. He is easy to handle and loves getting his ears groomed by Clark. He looks at me with his sweet smile and is just so cute, having one ear that stays up and one that is floppy. He’s favorite thing is the lay in the sunshine on the deck.

Clark loves to flop over and get his belly rubbed and his ears scratched. He is also 100% potty trained. He really enjoys his walks too.

They both travel well in the car and get very excited when they know it’s time to go to the park, when I get home from work. They would LOVE to have a family who had a yard for them to explore as they enjoy being outside, sniffing around and lounging in a sunny spot. They can both negotiate stairs and can tolerate 30 minute walks. Neither dog is currently on medications. They are both good eaters and are food motivated

If you are looking for a perfect duo – these are your guys!

Meet Dwight & Etsy:

Dwight and Etsy are strongly bonded, so we want to adopt them out together.

These two cutie patooties are like oil and vinegar. They are both very different pups but somehow, they come together to make magic.

They are a Staff Favorite – “Dwight and Etsy: This loving duo has really made their way into my heart over the past few weeks! You can see how much they love each other, and how happy they are to be together. They are wonderful on the leash together and their little cuddle puddle next to each other never fails to bring a smile to my face. I just want to hang out with them all day!”

Dwight and Etsy are cat, dog, and kid-friendly, and are a perfect combination of fun and chill. Stop what you’re doing and come down and say hello to this perfect bonded pair!

Dwight and Etsy are available for a foster-to-adopt trial and a super fan has covered the Adoption Fee for this happy duo!

Here’s a note from their foster:

We brought D&E to the Muttville adoption event 2 Saturdays ago and they were fine with all dogs and people there. Dwight will talk to you when he’s nervous and wants to get your attention.

When they first arrived at our house, they were able to interact with our neighbor’s small dog on our porch, and they were fine with him. They are very treat motivated. Now both are walking well on leash and are either not reacting to passing dogs/people, or are easily re-directed to focusing on us and getting treats!

So far, both have been very house-trained. We take them out every 3-4 hours during the day. Because we are proactive about taking them out regularly, they’ve not needed to bark at the door/alert to let us know that they need to go out.

They sleep about 80% of the daytime. Very happy to just snooze on a bed next to your desk. They love to snuggle together on one bed but also will sleep on separate beds if the mood strikes. At night, Etsy is great. She sleeps on a bed on the bedroom floor and sleeps soundly through the night, not making a peep. Dwight is a bit of a nighttime sleep walker. He might wake up and wander around the house or call out for us. If you give him a few pets or just ignore him, he will eventually settle down to go back to sleep.

They are both great eaters. We feed the Just Dogs food given to us by Muttville, and they gobble it up with gusto. Both are very food motivated and definitely run to the kitchen if we are in there, hoping to get a treat.

We take them out for about 3-4 short walks a day. Etsy has bad back legs, so we try not to walk her too far (though I think she would go farther if given the chance). Both have good energy but are content to sleep most of the day. However, they also zip around the house, following us, and will occasionally play a little bit with toys. One day they even had a 15-minute wrestling session with each other-very cute!

Meet Champagne:

More Champagne Please?

This bright and sophisticated German Shepherd is an exclusive blend! She may seem shy at first but this young senior is an extraordinary companion. She has a happy disposition and still has some good pep in her step. You’ll soon be hooked on Champagne and will never get enough of this gentle and kind little lady.

  • -Champagne is extremely affiliative with people
  • -Champagne is a stunningly gorgeous girl who will turn all the heads on walks
  • -Champagne has a very friendly and sweet way about her
  • -Champagne has shown great potty manners in her foster home.
  • Champagne is available for a foster-to-adopt trial and a super fan has covered her adoption fee!

Here’s some notes from her foster:

Champagne is a very sweet-tempered girl! She is house trained and has the best manners- She understands “sit” and will respond to “no” and “stay.” I think someone taught her “leave it” as well. She doesn’t bark. She makes very little noise at all. Inside, there might be the occasional audible sigh when she is trying to communicate something. She is so well-behaved at home. She does not go to the bathroom in the house and thinks that pee pee pads are for resting on. She also won’t get up on the sofa unless invited and then, even rarely. She loves going for rides in the car and also enjoys meal time- she is food motivated!

Champagne can chill at home by herself for a few hours, we’ve left her for about 4 hours with no problems. She prefers being with the company of her humans. A good licky mat and calming treats keep her occupied when left alone at home and when she is bored with that, she will just wait by the door until your return. She sleeps through the night, but will come over to me in the morning because she thinks it’s time for breakfast. If it’s before 7:00 am, I give her some kisses and send her back to her bed and she goes back to bed.

You have to be alert when walking her because she acts like it’s her mission in life to find food while outside. But a stern “leave it” usually does the trick. She responds pretty well to a firm tone, She sometimes gets extra excited when she sees other dogs so be mindful when walking her on leash because she will occasionally grumble. I take her on short walks in the morning, evening and sometimes late afternoon and then one longer walk when I can. As far as people go, she is not shy – Champagne is very comfortable going right up to anyone and smelling them. She is interested in all humans and doesn’t display any fear of anyone.

As far as energy levels, it’s about what you would expect for a 10 year old GSD. She’s probably most energetic 3-4 hours after breakfast. She is excited to go out and she gets playful when you are trying to put her harness on. But she definitely does not play rough.

She will make someone a very sweet, gentle companion!!

Listen every Friday with Marcus & Corey to hear about more furry friends looking for a forever home!
