Help us find forever homes for adoptable pets every week on Star 101.3's Furry Fridays

Meet The Pets From Marin Humane On This Week's Furry Fridays!

These pets are available to adopt at Marin Humane, along with a ton of other amazing pets who deserve a great forever home!

Get to know Scotty Jr. & Douglas Fur Jr:

Scotty Jr. and Douglas Fur Jr., aka the Pine Cone Gang, are a bonded pair of cuteness and fun! Who doesn't want to double their pleasure and fun with a pair of young cats who will entertain you and each other endlessly? These boys are enjoying all their interactions with the Cat Pet Pals; playing with wand toys and having Churu are the best! Ditto gentle petting between all their fun and favorite treats.

These "adorables" will do well in a calm, quiet home where stability and continuity of routine will help them settle in. Douglas Jr. purrs and enjoys petting, and Scotty follows his lead. Go slowly with these initially shy kiddos; make friends with them using food and wand toy play. Soon you'll be well on your way to being their BFFs for life!

Get to know Nala:

Meet Nala, a sweet and loyal adult dog who is currently residing in a shelter. Her affectionate nature and steadfast loyalty make her an ideal companion for anyone seeking a loving pet. She loves people and adored a dog-savvy 8-year-old boy, so we think she would love to be in a home with dog-savvy kids. Nala does not want to be left alone in a yard and will make her displeasure known by barking. Her new family should not leave her in the yard, they should teach her to be OK inside the house when they leave. Despite her current circumstances, Nala's spirit remains unbroken, and she eagerly awaits the day she can share her love with a forever family. Adopting Nala means gaining a faithful friend who will provide unconditional love and companionship. ***ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED***

Get to know Coco & Milo:

Coco and his buddy Milo are two mellow, easy-to-handle boys looking for a family of their own. Like all guinea pigs, they need a lot of space to stretch their legs- a 2x4 C&C cage would be a minimum, but larger is always better. They will need unlimited grass hay, plain guinea pig pellets (no rainbow mixes or muesli) and dark leafy greens to keep them healthy, as well fresh clean water and a tidy enclosure. In turn you will be rewarded with their happy vocalizations and cute and curious nature- guinea pigs are fun and interactive pets! ***ADOPTION FEE PAID***

Get to know Chewie:

Meet Chewie, a charming blend of Husky and herding breeds. With a personality as unique as his mix, Chewie is a sweet, friendly, and independent soul. His goofiness and playful energy will keep you entertained, while his cuddly nature promises comfort and companionship. Chewie has a special love for other dogs and a passion for fetch, making him a great addition to a home with other pets or an active family. Chewie is currently on a weight loss journey, so fetch and playing with other dogs will help him become the healthiest version of himself. With a little guidance and lots of love, Chewie will make a wonderful, loyal companion. Adopt Chewie and embark on a rewarding journey of transformation together.

Tune into Marcus & Corey every Friday to meet more animals that could be your family's next pet.
