Fans Of NBC's Quantum Leap Can Get Gas For The Flashback Price Thursday!

In celebration of NBC's TV new Quantum Leap...fans will be able to get gas for the 'flashback' price of only 91 CENTS per gallon in Hollywood this Thursday!!! Yes, thank you NBC for hosting this super cool 'drive thru' experience complete with 80's tunes, break dancers, snacks and swag (while it lasts) when you show up for this big 'blast from the past' party! Dubbed 'Quantum Leap Day', gas goers are expected to be lined up well before the 1985 party starts at 9am at 1749 North Vine St. in Hollywood at the Avalon parking lot (around the corner from the Hollywood Pantages Theater). Why a '1985' themed party? In the premiere episode of the NEW Quantum Leap show, the first flashback will be to 1985, thus the theme here.

The average price of gasoline in 1985 was 91 cents, so fill up! Well, to make sure as many folks as possible can take advantage, each vehicle will only be allowed to get up to 10 gallons...still pretty cool! Following the drive-through experience, guests will receive a pass to enter the nearby gas station. In order to receive access to the gas station, folks must complete the drive-through experience and receive a registered pass

The new Quantum Leap is set in the present day, about 30 years after the main character, Sam Beckett (made famous by the handsome and charming Scott Bakula 🙂) vanished into the Quantum Leap accelerator. According to executive producer Martin Gero, although the new show is INSPIRED BY the original, it does not serve as a reboot or sequel ;/ Soooo...NO SCOTT BAKULA?? Hmm...😳😱😨😰

PS...ALSO on 'Quantum Leap Day'...Fandango will be offering moviegoers the chance to purchase a movie ticket online for the 1985-style price of $3.55, while supplies last 🍿🍿🍿

Quantum Leap premieres Monday, September 19 at 10pm on NBC and will also stream the next day on Peacock.
