This is so heartwarming. Sean Baker, a 7-year-old born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (only half of a heart) is awaiting a heart transplant at UPMC Pittsburgh children's hospital. Window washers dressed up as superheroes to brighten the day of all the children at the hospital.
