I'm a big fan of Law & Order SVU, and Stabler (Christopher Meloni) and Benson (Mariska Hargitay) have always been the forever *almost* couple. Every SVU fan I know wants them to hook up! LOL.
Well at last night's Emmy awards, Meloni and Hargitay fed into the hilarious hype by coming thiiiiis close to kissing.
