It's no secret that having kids is a cash burner but this kid actually shredded through his parents' finances!
Ben and Jackee Belnap saved $1,000 to pay back a family member who gave them season tickets for the Utes (Utah University's football team) and got quite the scare after going to the bank and withdrawing the money to make the payment.
The couple was having trouble locating their envelope where they stashed the $1,000 and after turning their house upside down, they found the money in the shredder!
Luckily, the Belnap's knew exactly who the culprit was! Their adorable 2-year-old son Leo! Naturally, the parents realize they couldn't be mad at their toddler after mulling over the situation:
"Honestly in my heart, I said someday this is going to be really funny," said Ben.
"As devastated and as sick as we were, this was one of those moments where you just have to laugh," said Jackee.
