Do you regularly take BART to work in the morning? If so, your commute may be affected! Today BART began subbing buses for trains in the first hour of service (on weekdays) and single track trains after 9pm, Thursday through Sunday. This is because of a $300 million retrofitting project of the Transbay Tube to make it earthquake safe. This will apparently take 3 YEARS.
