Okay, you know I love Vegas. I go 2-3 times a year. And I LOVE slot machines! Now, I honestly don't really drink much while gambling cause if I'm tired or tipsy, it's ALL bad. But, I do like being offered drinks. And according to this article, free drinks in Vegas casinos may be SEVERELY restricted, unless you spend a certain amount.
So that means you could be betting 20 cents a pop on penny slots and NEVER be offered free drinks. But if you're betting $1, they may come around and offer you something. Some casinos even have a "comp validation system" already on their Blackjack machines, which gives players drink credits after they spend a certain amount of money.
What do you think about this? I'm old school, I don't want the system to change. I LOVE free drinks at casinos. Some of my friends don't gamble so if they're sitting next to me, it's nice if they can at least have a cocktail and people watch. Curious to know your thoughts!
