Every time I see a study about how little sleep we get, I'm already depressed.....yet I continue reading. I average about 6-ish hours a night, and it's been worse since last September cause I've been having horrible back problems! Do you ever wake up with back pain? It's the worst! I got an MRI...I have a pinched nerve, a couple bad discs and other random pains! I've been doing chiropractic care and JUST started with yoga and acupuncture- God help me!
According to this, last year (2019) we averaged 5 hours and 30 minutes of sleep a night! And that's DOWN from 6 hours and 17 minutes. How did we lose over 45 minutes in one year?? Damn. That's rough. How many hours of sleep do you get? What helps you get BETTER sleep?
