Aniston's good friend, and Friends co-star Courtney Cox, also showed up at her birthday party looking EERILY like her, but said, "There's only one Jennifer Aniston." As for her diet (cause you KNOW I had to do a deep dive!) she sticks to healthy, organic fruits and vegetables and whole grains; lots of eggs and lean proteins.
