What a BEAUTIFUL story!
Rosa had been cleaning an NYC building for the last 20 years- and apparently had a huge impact on the residents who live there. Due to Covid, she lost her job and had to move back in with her sister. Recently, Rosa was surprised with.....drumroll.....her OWN penthouse apartment in the SAME building, paid for by residents! 4 bedroom, 3 bath- paid for for 2 years.
